The common house, spanning nearly 300 m², includes several spaces that can be rented :
- on the ground floor, a large 80 m² multi-purpose room for meetings, workshops, parties, training sessions, etc. that includes a large fully-equiped kitchen
- on the first floor, five guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and a shared kitchen; and on the second floor, a large dormitory (which can also serve as a small meeting room)
Apart from discovery stays, it is possible to rent these spaces for your events or for staying few days in the ecovillage :
- The large hall and its kitchen: 150 euros per day (reduced rates available for half-day rentals or for bookings longer than one day).
- A guest room: 45 to 55 euros per night.
- The entire property (all 5 guest rooms + dormitory + and the large hall): 750 euros for the weekend (2 nights). It is adapted for a maxium of 15 people sleeping on site.
Several local associations also regularly rent the large hall, for instance for weekly classes.
