the eco-hamlet du Plessis

Located in Pontgouin, in the Eure-et-Loir region of France, the Plessis eco-hamlet is an ecological co-housing project bringing together 28 households.
It includes 4 hectares of collective permaculture gardens, a large common house, several other shared buildings and individual ecological houses.
Started in 2013, the eco-hamlet has been under construction since 2019. By mid-2023, 12 houses were already occupied. It allows its residents to live in an ecological, supportive way.
