From 2022 to 2024, the residents of the eco-hamlet built the common house —a large structure made of wood, straw, and earth—at the center of the hamlet. It now serves as the heart of the project’s collective life and can host external events.

This house, spanning nearly 300 m², includes:
- on the ground floor, a large 80 m² multi-purpose room for meetings, workshops, parties, training sessions, etc., as well as one of the three communal laundry rooms and a shared workshop of approximately 30 m²;
- on the first floor, five guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and a shared kitchen;
- on the second floor, a studio apartment and a lovely room that serves as a coworking space during the week, and as a venue for activities among residents in the evenings and on weekends.
It was built by local craftspeople — including Abel, a carpenter who lives in the eco-hamlet —as well as by the residents of the eco-hamlet themselves, notably through participatory construction projects.
